Terms and Conditions:

  1. AutoSound Central guarantees that everything sold and shipped to our customers is new unless otherwise specified on the details page.
  2. Warranty: AutoSound Central will warranty products for 60 days starting from the date of purchase. After 60 days, customer is required to contact the manufacturer for warranty service if applicable.
  3. Sales Tax: AutoSound Central is a California company. All California residents will be charged 8% sales tax.
  4. Pricing Policy: AutoSound Central makes the best effort to make sure all pricing is accurate, but in the rare instance where a price is incorrect, AutoSound Central will have the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
  5. Product Availability: AutoSound Central will try our best to keep products in stock. On rare occasions, if we do not have the product we will notify the buyer by email then give the buyer the option to wait for the product to become available or we will issue the buyer a full refund at the buyer’s request.
  6. At times, there might be changes to the product or application guide by the manufacturer in which is out of our control- we will try to make updates to the site as soon as we are aware and have the ability to change the information on the site. If a part is not compatible the best we can do is for the customer to return for a refund- customer is responsible for shipping charges and insuring the package back to us.
  7. All our products have been tested or researched work on vehicles that are available and sold in the USA. Even though our parts most likely also work on cars that are not originally from or imported to the USA, we can not guarantee that the parts will work since they have not been specifically tested on overseas/exported vehicles.
Ordering and Shipping Policy

  • To simplify the customer experience, we offer FREE Shipping on all our products shipped to a USA address unless specified differently in the products listing. Customers will have to pick the free shipping option to receive free shipping. We will choose the carrier and speed for orders that have free shipping.
  • We ship worldwide by UPS and USPS- there may be additional taxes, duties, etc. upon delivery that buyer is responsible for paying.
  • Most orders will be shipped by USPS or UPS.
  • Most orders over $250 will have signature required during package delivery.
  • Most orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) including expedited shipping orders.
  • Shipping time (including expedited shipping) is not guaranteed by us since the package is out of our hands once it's given to the shipping company. There are times that there are storms, floods, earthquakes, holidays, customs, and other delays that is out of the shipping companies control in which we also have no control over. The best we can do is follow up on the shipping and work with the shipping carrier to see where and approximately when the package will be delivered or file an insurance claim if necessary.
  • We try our best to have a 100% fill and ship rate- In the unforeseen likelihood that a product is not available, we will contact you, our customer either by phone or email with an estimated ship date and available options of waiting or cancellation.
  • All USA shipped shipments will be charged $20 for returned packages (not at address, wrong address, refused packages, cancelled orders, etc.) plus shipping charges. All international shipments that are refused or returned back to us for whatever reason will be charged $30 plus shipping, return shipping, and any other charges like duties, taxes, etc. that are charged to us.


Return and Exchange Policy

  • An RMA is required for returns and exchanges- email us with an RMA request at customerservice@autosoundcentral.com.
  • We offer a 30 day return and exchange policy from the original date of purchase- product has to be received by us by the 30th day from the date of purchase. All sales are final after 30 days from date of original purchase.
  • Products must be returned with no missing parts or accessories.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days for the return to be processed from the date of receiving the product.
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping charges, insurance, and proper packaging to send back the product to Auto Sound Central.
  • Domestic and International shipping charges are not refundable- flat $15 shipping charge will be deducted for orders that were shipped free.
  • All returns and exchanges will be charged a $10 flat fee for processing and/or restocking as long as the products returned are new and unopened on top of the shipping deduction.
  • Used/open products will be charged a $20 return fee or 20% of total (whichever is higher) on top of the shipping deduction to cover our cost of processing, restocking, etc. Of course, we are flexible and exceptions do apply on a case-by-case basis.
  • No returns on radio dash installation kits where sealed bag has been opened.


Warranty Policy

  • All products have a 1 year manufacturers warranty unless noted otherwise in the product description.
  • The warranty is provided by the manufacturer and the buyer can return back to us for processing.
  • If your product does not perform as stated by its description and has failed as a result of a manufacturer’s defect, we will exchange, at our discretion and availability, the product for a new, equivalent or upgraded product.
  • Customer is responsible for the proper packaging, insurance and shipping charges of the product back to us- we will then ship the product back to the customer prepaid excluding international shipping. Customer has to pay for return shipping if it's an international non-USA address.
  • Warranty applies to products used under normal use and conditions- warranty not valid as a result of product modification, abuse, liquid damage, and any other conditions that is not recommended by the manufacturer. Cables and connections (ie. iPod cables, aux connection cables, etc.) are considered normal wear and tear items and are not covered under warranty.
  • AutoSound Central shall not be held liable for incidental loss of use, installation, or removal charges of product.
  • All products will need to be shipped back to AutoSound Central for warranty.
  • There is a $10 processing fee per item per warranty claim.
  • Email customerservice@autosoundcentral.com for an RMA request for all warranty service
